Amy Feigley-Lee, a Detroit-based contemporary artist with an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art, has evolved her studio practice to focus on crafting intricate collage pieces using vintage wallpapers. Drawn to the interplay of colors, patterns, and textures found in wallpaper, she combines her expertise as an art foundations educator to infuse her work with formalist sensibilities. Feigley-Lee's collage work draws the viewer in through the use of optical illusions and obsessive details.
